Directions To Gatlinburg Falls Parkview Resort
Our office address is 645 Park Vista Way, Gatlinburg, TN 37738.. We do suggest that along with our physical address that you use the directions we have provided below as well. Our directions are detailed with traffic light numbers and landmarks for your convenience. .
FROM I-40: EXIT 443
Approximately 30 minutes from the Interstate
Take I-40 Exit #443 (Foothills Parkway) to Gatlinburg
Go approximately 6.0 miles and at the end of the Parkway (dead end), turn left on Hwy 321 (directional sign to Gatlinburg)
Continue 1.8 miles on Hwy 321 to Cosby and turn right to remain on Hwy 321 (directional sign to Gatlinburg)
Proceed approximately 16.5 miles on Hwy 321 into Gatlinburg and turn right at Traffic Light 2A (just past Food City and Ace Hardware)
Continue 0.3 miles over the ridge and turn right at the top onto Cheshire Court
Go less than 0.1 miles and turn right into the resort at the waterfall feature
Follow around to pool, road will split stay left onto Park Vista Way
Gatlinburg Falls Parkview Resort Guest Service Center will be on the left pass pool and fitness center
FROM I-40: EXIT 407
Approximately 45 minutes from the Interstate (avoid this route during peak times due to traffic)
Take I-40 Exit #407 - Hwy 66 South and proceed 9.0 miles toward Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg until dead end into Hwy 441 South
Turn right on 441 South and continue through Sevierville and Pigeon Forge to Gatlinburg
Upon entering Gatlinburg, turn left at the first traffic light on Dudley Creek Bypass (marked Traffic Light #1)
Continue 1 mile to a fork in the road and bear right (at the end of a double yellow line, 3 way stop sign)
Continue 0.2 miles up the ridge and turn left at the top onto Cheshire Court
Go less than 0.1 miles and turn right into the resort at the waterfall feature
Follow around to pool, road will split stay left onto Park Vista Way
Gatlinburg Falls Parkview Resort Guest Service Center will be on the left pass pool and fitness center
FROM HWY 441 - CHEROKEE NC
Take Hwy 441 through the National Park into Gatlinburg
In Gatlinburg, turn right on Hwy 321 (Traffic Light #3 just past the Hard Rock Cafe)
Proceed 1.4 miles to Traffic Light 2A and turn left on Dudley Creek Bypass
Continue 0.3 miles over the ridge and turn right at the top onto Cheshire Court
Go less than 0.1 miles and turn right into the resort at the waterfall feature
Follow around to pool, road will split stay left onto Park Vista Way
Gatlinburg Falls Parkview Resort Guest Service Center will be on the left pass pool and fitness center
