We had a great stay overall. The cabin was comfortable, private, and in a great location. It was mostly clean, although there was a pile of trash left in the corner of the theater room. The only other downside was that we weren't informed until the day of check-in that one of the bathrooms was out of order, which was disappointing. However, the host was very quick and responsive when I needed a few extra hours for checkout, and that was greatly appreciated. Other than those issues, we really enjoyed our time in Gatlinburg and would definitely stay again.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We're thrilled you enjoyed the cabin's comfort and location. We sincerely apologize for the trash in the theater room and the late notification about the bathroom issue, and we're addressing both with our team immediately. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we're glad we could accommodate your checkout request. We'd love to welcome you back to Gatlinburg soon! Madison, Venture Smoky Mountains

The stay was amazing it was the trip for the kids so they enjoyed themselves as well Positive: Everything was ok Negative: The hot tub was dirty the water smelled like mildew so we didn’t get to get in it to enjoy it . The tv was broken I wish I known that because we had 6 kids different ages who watches different stuff on tv . We needed all the tv we could get just to make the kids happy . the bunk bed upstairs didn’t have no tv at all in there .

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're pleased to hear your children enjoyed their stay. We apologize for the issues with the hot tub and TV. We’ll ensure they are in working order for future guests. Thank you for your understanding and we hope to see you again in the future. Madison, Venture Smoky Mountains

amazing

The rental is close enough to gatlinburg that you can be there in a short drive, but far enough away that you’re not getting all of the rustle and bustle. The property is also close to food city, family dollar, and other grocery shops that are super convenient. The property is fairly private with its own yard that is great for the family. Would definitely recommend staying.

Thank you for the thoughtful review, Joshua. I'm glad to hear that the rental location, proximity to amenities, and private yard worked well for your family's needs. Feedback like yours helps us improve the guest experience. We appreciate you taking the time to share your positive impressions, and we hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future.
