The Gatlinburg Convention Center is huge, modern and fully featured. And it’s in the middle of Gatlinburg, in walking distance of countless attractions, and surrounded by the gorgeous Smoky Mountains. Abundant parking and state-of-the-art electronics make every event run smoothly.<\/p>\n

The Center has 160,000 square feet of space, with 67,000 sq. ft. exhibit space to host 350 booths. It has a huge ballroom and an auditorium with stage and audiovisuals, all combining for more than 9,000 theater seats and almost 2,000 banquet places – and a very powerful kitchen capacity to create delicious meals to feed all the attendees!<\/p>\n

With multiple meeting rooms, and flexible space to cater to groups of every size – from the dozens to the many thousands – the Convention Center hosts conferences, dance and cheerleading competitions, religious conferences, corporate functions and association meetings.<\/p>\n

Famously, the Center also hosts the annual Arts & Crafts shows<\/a> at times throughout the year, and locals and visitors alike are glad to have such a massive and capable space to wander though and shop the wares of the nation’s largest independent community of artisans.<\/p>\n

Outside is Gatlinburg<\/p>\n

While the inside of the Convention Center is truly impressive, it comes with the huge added bonus of being in Gatlinburg, a small town easy to walk around and packed with entertainments, eateries, shops and wild attractions.<\/p>\n

Gateway to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, America’s most loved national park, Gatlinburg is nestled in the mountains with natural beauty everywhere you look, and easy to get into, with scenic drives, mountaintop restaurants, tramway and gondola rides, and countless other natural attractions to explore.<\/p>\n

So it’s not all business at the Gatlinburg convention Center – even a busy conventioneer has to take some time off, and outside is Gatlinburg and the Smokies to enjoy.
